  First just let me just say this is the MOST unprofessional dealership I've seen in my entire life! I stopped by here to look at a Subaru they had displayed in front of the building close to the circle. I was possibly wanting to trade in a car I had for it. The sales person, Andrew Welch, met me at the car as I was looking at it. We talked about me trading my car. He said I had to get my credit checked to get my car appraised. I'm like "That makes no sense." As we are walking in to get the key to the Subaru he's going on about just getting out the navy and that he's going get me the best deal, because they won't fire him. He got the key to crank the car so I could hear what it sounded like. In this process he about rolled the car onto Ross Clark Circle twice. Apparently he knew nothing about a stick shift. I had to get in the car and start it myself. I told him I was interested in the car and said I'd be back later with my car only if I didn't have to have a credit check to get it appraised. This guy called me 3 times before I made it back to the lot. We took the Subaru for a test drive while they appraised my car. Andrew started acting crazy the minute we pulled off the lot. He was claiming people was looking at us and started continuously yelling out the window that the car isn't for sale. Also he gets on the subject of drinking alcohol and smoking weed. Then when we get back to the lot he wants me to sign all these papers before I even get the appraisal for my trade. I had to tell him NO several times and that my main concern was the trade in value of my car. When they brought my appraisal in I couldn't believe how much they low valued my car. I tried to show and explain how and why my car was more valuable than what they were offering me. Then this old lady that looked like a man butts in, I assume a manager, and starts ridiculing me cause I thought my car was worth more and wouldn't take their offer. She tried telling me that Subaru's are rare. I just had to laugh at that. Then I explained how my car was even more rare than that car. It just amazes me how these dealers sell these cars, but knows absolutely nothing about them. It's all about money, not knowledge about what's in front of them. Also Andrew told me that his boss was calling his buddies, while I was still there, ridiculing me about what I was asking for my car. Then Andrew tells me "Oh we got people like you coming in here every day." What's that suppose to mean??? Then as I'm leaving he said, "Let me know if you sale your car for that price." I wish i seen all the one star ratings before I even attempted to set foot on this lot. I would recommend anybody to stay away from this place. I already filed a complaint with their corporate office. This place is so lame that they have to use their own employees to write 5 star reviews to boost their ratings. Debbie Somma is an employee here. This is just sad! This lady will try and ridicule you into taking a low ball offer for your trade. This doesn't work with me. If they treated their customers like they are suppose to then they wouldn't have to write all these fake reviews. All they are trying to do is boost their ratings from all those true 1 star ratings, cause that's all they deserve.
