  CAUTION: I plead with anyone considering doing business with Sprint to read this post.
  
  About three weeks ago I purchased an iPad Mini 4 with Sprint, coupled with their unlimited data plan. Upon checkout, the website told me that my monthly bill would be $38.75 for the first year, then would increase to $52.09 for another 12 months. I received an email from Sprint confirming these monthly rates immediately after checkout.
  
  Upon checking my first month's bill, I was SHOCKED to see that my monthly bill was $86. Sprint placed a monthly recurring $50 charge on my bill for not having a phone line with Sprint. This charge was not disclosed at the checkout page or initial receipts. I called Sprint on October 1st. Consequently, I was told I would receive a call back from the first supervisor I spoke with.
  
  After around 6 hours with no return call, I called Sprint again. After the customer service representative transferred me to a supervisor, I was told that I would receive a call back from "the back office" (a higher management) in the next three business days. Between these first two calls with Sprint, I spent almost 3 hours on the phone.
  
  Alas, a week goes by and I still had not received a call back from a manager. So, again, I reached out to Sprint: this time via chat [7OCT]. He informed me that his manager would call me call me the next day. Today, I actually had a Sprint representative call me back. Over the course of my 1.5 hour phone call I was transferred to 4 to 5 different people who all continued the 'run around' that Sprint has given me since the beginning of this interaction or tried to sell me more products without remedying my initial problem!
  
  By the end of the call today, the Sprint employee told me that my bill would remain at $86 dollars and that she would not escalate my request/issue any higher, that I would have to deal with it.
  
  It's extremely frustrating I've had so much time wasted by Sprint just to have them give me the 'run around' and continue to charge me more than double what I was told my bill would be. Additionally, it's disheartening that this level of callousness and willingness to simply ignore a customer exists at Sprint.
  
  Sprint needs to honor the fee their checkout page and subsequent receipts generated instead of hiding behind some fine print charging a hidden fee that doubles what my monthly bill should have been!
