    Very rude people. Made an appointment to meet with him, then the nurse calls me back and says while I'm smoking he will not see me. I have been trying to stop, he could have still seen me while I was smoking and not done any surgery until I was off cigarettes. I would not recommend Owen to anyone. Very rude and unprofessional.
